What clothing do I need to wear when attending classes?
Make sure your wearing something comfortable that you can move about easily in. Joggers or track suit pants, a sports bra and a t-shirt are generally best. Also, make sure you are wearing trainers that give good support to your ankles.
What if my baby cries during the class?
The classes are generally organised to try and fit into the majority of babies nap times. However, every babies different and if your baby does cry then you can just sort him/her out. It is recommended that you feed and change your baby before the start of the class to prevent any disruptions to your workout, but don't get worried or stressed, every one in the class is in the same position.
Is there anything I should bring with me?
You should bring with you a bottle of water for yourself and all your baby essentials, plus a toy to keep your little one entertained.
Why do you have to book into classes?
There are limited spaces available in each class so you must book in advanced to avoid any disappointment. This helps the instructor to ensure they can provide you with a quality service and gives you more motivation to stay committed for the whole course which in the long run helps you to reach your goals.
Why can I not pay each time I attend a class?
For the same reasons you have to book in, through paying for all the sessions at the beginning of the course ensures you stay more committed to help you to achieve your goals.
Can men attend the classes?
Yes. We have no problem with men attending the classes as long as they have a baby in tow.
Can I bring my dog to the Buggycise classes?
Sorry, no dogs are allowed, as other mums might feel apprehensive with it around and it would distract them from their workout.
