Classes

Yummy Mummies Fitness Classes are a fantastic way to keep fit if you don’t like working out in a gym or can not afford personal training. Not only will they help keep you fit they also give you the chance to meet other mums and make new friends, which in itself can help a lot when you’ve just had a baby. We are also happy for your baby to attend the classes as well saving you the added cost of babysitting.

The classes are based in halls (Yummy Circuits) and parks (Buggycise) around South West London, each lasting an hour, and contain a mixture of cardio and toning exercises in a circuit like fashion, which helps to work the whole body.

All classes run by Yummy Mummies are taught by fully qualified instructors who will give you tips and guidance to ensure you get the most out of your workout and to prevent any injuries from occurring.
