FITNESS FOR MUMS BY A MUM

 

 

Yummy Circuits are fantastic if you don't like exercising outside as they are based indoors.

Each class begins with a gentle warm up which prepares the  body for the session. Followed by a group of exercises which help to tone up and strengthen your muscles, and ending with a cool down and stretch to help ease any achy bits.

Our PREGNANCY CIRCUITS are designed to keep you fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy, using a more relaxed approach to help you maintain a stable weight rather than weight loss. You can attend these classes at any time during your pregnancy.

Our POST-NATAL CIRCUITS are designed to help you lose those baby pounds and to strengthen up the core muscles. You can attend these classes once you have been signed off by your midwife (Post birth: 6 weeks - natural birth, or 12 weeks - caesarean).

(Please note that Yummy Circuits run subject to class numbers, minimum of 4 people per class)
